About The Loft

Since 1985, The Loft has been the Poconos’ premier destination for skiing, snowboarding, cycling, and year-round outdoor adventure. What started with a local skier’s passion for the mountains has grown into one of the area’s most trusted specialty outdoor retailers. Now celebrating over 40 years in business, we’re proud to continue serving generations of families, weekend visitors, and outdoor enthusiasts with the same personalized service we’ve built our reputation on.

Conveniently located just minutes from Camelback Mountain, The Loft is more than just a retail store—it’s a place where experience matters. Whether you’re gearing up for your very first day on the slopes or you’re a seasoned skier looking for a performance upgrade, our knowledgeable staff is here to help. With decades of combined experience, expert boot fitting, and personalized equipment recommendations, we take the time to make sure every customer leaves with gear that’s right for them.

During the winter season, we offer a wide selection of skis, snowboards, boots, helmets, apparel, and accessories from many of the industry’s top brands, including Atomic, Volkl, Salomon, K2, 686, The North Face, Helly Hansen, Bogner, KÜHL, Smith, Oakley, and many more. We also provide professional ski and snowboard rentals, tuning, repairs, and maintenance to keep you performing your best all season long.

When the snow melts, The Loft becomes a full-service bike shop. We carry quality bicycles from Specialized and Aventon, along with cycling accessories, professional bike repairs, and gear for riders of every age and ability. You’ll also find everything you need for summer adventures, including sunglasses, water park essentials, and outdoor accessories.

As a locally owned business, we’re proud to support the outdoor community that has supported us for more than four decades. Throughout the year, we host local mountain bike rides, participate in community events at Camelback Mountain.
